Taina Mutter and Christine Guthrie in the egg and spoon race.
Craigie House elected to hold their own version of the Commonwealth Games to celebrate Commonwealth Day this year. Unfortunately the weather didn't tempt everyone to venture outdoors so most of the competition was held inside.
There was an egg and spoon race, a 3-legged race for care staff which was modified to a 3-armed version for residents for safety reasons. The braver individuals also took part in a swing ball competition in the garden.
The day finished with a quiz which also followed a Commonwealth theme.
Christine again and Patricia Allan in the 3-armed race against the staff who were joined together at the ankles!
Ian Simpson and Andrew Allan who braved the elements to enter the swing ball competition watched by Margaret Duncan, Activities co-ordinator.
